About

A team with experience and vision

Born out of an international search firm, our team is passionate about the impact leadership can have on creating shareholder value.

We enjoy the challenge of assembling leadership teams where capital is deployed within a finite timeline to achieve a targeted objective.

Understanding the performance of past investments and the impact that leadership has had is critical. All the evaluations we reach are supported by objective data before assessing the individual and cultural fit.

We act quickly and deliver with flexibility when supporting our clients.

Nick is a member of the deal origination team supporting our clients by providing access to subject matter experts who help to create a differentiated perspective at the earliest stage of the pre deal cycle and, upon exclusivity being awarded, co-investing Chairs. In addition to supporting our clients’ pre deal cycles, Nick has the mandate within our firm to help identify and introduce acquisition targets to the Portfolio Company and Private Equity house alike. Starting his career at Drax within Research, Nick was responsible for developing the foundations for our research methodology today, a precursor to our proprietary data capability. Supporting our searches across all sectors, prior to moving into our deal origination team, Nick focused on Energy and Cleantech.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys running, hill-walking and spending time with his young family.
