German private equity firm DPE has invested in BE-terna Group, an IT services provider.
BE-terna Group was founded in 2005 and provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It also implements business intelligence, customer relationship management and human resource management systems.
The business has 500 employees in 12 locations and has annual revenues of almost €70 million (£62 million).
With DPE’s support, BE-terna intends to enlarge its service portfolio through organic growth in its core segments and expand through strategic acquisitions.
