Private equity firm IK Investment Partners has acquired content software company Schema.
Schema was founded in 1995 by Marcus Kesseler and Stefan Freisler and provides component content management system (CCMS) software to help businesses produce product-related content.
It provides its services to customers in a broad range of global industries such as engineering, pharmaceuticals and medical technology.
IK will help accelerate Schema’s organic growth strategy in its existing and new markets and will continue to invest in its operations, product development, and sales activities.
