Private equity firm NVM has sold software business Lanner Group in a trade sale to engineering consultancy Royal Haskoning DHV.
The sale is NVM’s fifth exit from its portfolio in the past six months.
Lanner Group is based in Warwickshire and provides predictive simulation software for industrial organisations around the world to help improve the efficiency of their business operations and supply chains.
NVM backed the management buy-out of Lanner in March 2010 with a £3 million investment.
