Private equity firm Nordic Capital has acquired IT infrastructure business Conscia.
Conscia provides complex security and networking solutions to large organisations in the financial services and healthcare sectors in Northern Europe and to public sector organisations.
It was founded in Denmark in 2003 and now has over 500 employees, with offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and Slovenia.
The company expects to achieve revenues of around €270 million (£232 million) in 2019.
