Private equity firm Vendis Capital has invested in Alpine, which provides hearing protection products.
Alpine develops and markets hearing protection products under brands including SleepSoft, PartyPlug and MusicSafe Pro. The business was founded in 1994 by Peter and Lisette de Roode and is headquartered in the Netherlands.
As part of the transaction Arthur van Keeken, who was formerly at Friesland Campina and Nestlé, will become CEO.
