The demands & rigour of being a Non Executive Director (NED) within the FTSE 350 hasn’t diminished post the Government’s decision not to implement the proposed principals as devised from the Operating & Financial Review (OFR). The demand of time and breadth of knowledge required for a FTSE NED to keep abreast of the ever changing legislation is, as ever, unrelenting.
