David Bushell

David is responsible for Trustee, Non Executive and Executive appointments across Public Services within Europe. In particular he works with international NGO’s and Central Government Agencies whilst retaining his position, within the firm, as leading on Health.

David has conducted numerous searches across Europe and has been responsible for introducing senior international talent into new geographies to help promote best practice. Prior to his current role David specialised within European De-Regulated Markets. In this capacity David spent 5 years supporting traditionally nationalised industries whilst preparing for an open market where competitive tendering, brand development and the employee proposition were some of the challenges that he helped clients overcome.

With a strong Public Service presence in London and a developing presence within Geneva, we are well positioned to search cross regionally to ensure the best talent is considered unconstrained by geography.

David graduated from Loughborough in Economics. Prior to joining Drax, David worked in the City and for an established US Search provider.
