Graham Roadnight

Graham is responsible for Non Executive, Executive and Operational Board appointments across sector and, in addition, leads our Construction & Business Services Practice and co leads our European Partner appointments within Professional Services. Previously Graham established a European Practice within Technology, Media & Telecoms before focussing on the services agenda of Outsourcing within Construction IT, Facilities and Business Services. Graham has conducted executive search for over 10 years and has had a range of corporate experience that includes, IPO, Trade Sale and MBO. 
 
In 2006 Graham joined the Princes Trust Construction & Business Services Leadership Group as a founding member and is also a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
 
Graham graduated from the Polytechnic of Wales in Psychology; prior to joining Drax Graham led the European executive search arm of an international recruitment group.
