James Fassnidge

James leads the Private Equity Practice and is a member of the team responsible for Non Executive appointments. In particular he has specialised in working with executive directors of leading, publicly listed companies in helping their transition onto boards of privately owned and venture backed portfolio companies. In this role James specialises in placing both Non Executive and Executive appointments. James has been working within the Private Equity sector for over five years and has a strong track record of success. 
 
During 2010 our Private Equity Practice has continued its success and has successfully developed two new offerings that leverage our research capability to support the deal flow of our clients and help form advisory boards. 
 
James graduated from Durham in Anthropology and, prior to joining Drax, James worked in industry for the UK’s largest privately owned business media and publishing group and for an established US search provider.
