Nicholas Ball

Nicholas is responsible for Research, Knowledge Management and our Executive Network programmes throughout Europe. Ensuring integrity is maintained at the highest level Nicholas has responsibility for identifying how research can be leveraged to capture greater reach and scale to deliver a more compelling client experience. Nicholas previously worked for a global business research firm and publisher of business information where he was responsible for collating and reviewing key market data across a number of industry sectors.
 
During 2010 Nicholas has developed our research capability from being an investment of conducting executive search and has created a standalone research service. This reflects our clients' appetite for accurate and sensitive information in the key areas of their business.
 
Nicholas graduated from Leeds University in Geography; prior to joining Drax Nicholas travelled extensively and worked for a business research company.
