KKR has acquired ERM, a pure-play sustainability consultancy, from OMERS.
Over the last 50 years, ERM has built technical expertise in environmental health, safety, risk and social matters with more than 5,500 consultants, across 150 offices in over 40 countries. ERM helps its clients shape their ESG strategies, as well as identify and address their key sustainability issues.
