We are a team of individuals with different backstories who share a passion for people, a drive to understand why individuals and teams succeed or fail, and a dislike for any language that infers the result was outside the influence of the leadership team, such as ‘luck’. In the past two decades, our team has grown in numbers, capability and experience, but maintained the same commitment to quality.
If you’re passionate about the value of leadership and are looking for a new role, then DRAX could be the place for you.
