London full-time Hybrid Role - Office based Salary Competitive

Drax Executive seeks a skilled and ambitious individual to join a team based in Strand, London. The successful individual will be primarily responsible for the learning and delivery of PACE insights to candidates and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Three months of intensive learning of the PACE behavioural analytics model, including shadowing and delivering insights with support during the 3-month learning phase.

  • Seeking and gathering candidate and client feedback on PACE and contributing to a live feedback loop to Product and Marketing. Gather current and relevant empirical evidence on business behaviour.

  • Deliver candidate and client 1-2-1 insights sessions

  • Provide PACE insights on shortlisted candidates in shortlist calls.

  • Learn how to deliver PACE complementarity insight sessions with senior leadership teams.

  • Formulate and provide PACE insights to market makers and delivery teams.

  • Upskill market makers and delivery teams re. PACE.

  • Generate PACE insights for documentation for pitches and shortlist calls.

  • Proactively assessing leads and opportunities within a practice, identifying where PACE can be attached.

Professional requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Masters's degree related to:

  • Human capital development.

  • Psychology.

  • Behavioural assessment.

  • Performance pedagogy.

  • Occupational psychology.

  • Skilled with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.

  • People skills and ability to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to think ‘out of the box’, generate new ideas and implement them effectively.

  • Follow procedures and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
