The Carlyle Group acquires Jagex

The Carlyle Group acquires Jagex, a developer and publisher of video games.

Jagex is a British video game studios, developing and publishing video games on PC and mobile. The company is best known for its online game franchise RuneScape, one of the world’s longest running online video games. Jagex is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, and employs more than 450 people.
