They are now the UK’s leading tech-led estate agent. In mid-2021, the group’s Chairman Paul Pindar turned to Drax to help find a new CFO. From the shortlist we presented, the board appointed ex-esure Finance Director Steve Long to help steer the business through its next chapter of market innovation and delivery.

The Result
